Our Mission
Fortifying the Church with apostolic distinction through ecclesiastical education and evangelistic action.
Fortifying the Church with Apostolic Distinction
This mission shapes every area of our work. IBC USA exists to strengthen church leadership through fellowship, training, credentialing, and spiritual oversight — so that the body of Christ may be equipped for faithful ministry, sound doctrine, and effective gospel witness.
By supporting the bishopric, the broader chancel, and the upper tiers of church leadership, IBC USA seeks to reinforce the leadership structure of the Church and help ministries serve with greater order, clarity, and Kingdom impact.
Our Goals
- 1
Strengthen church leadership through fellowship, support, and spiritual accountability.
- 2
Identify, train, and credential leaders for faithful service — including those called to the episcopate and other upper levels of church leadership.
- 3
Support the chancel and leadership structure of the Church with sound guidance, formation, and ecclesiastical order.
- 4
Promote biblical faith, unity, and healthy ministry partnership across interdenominational relationships.
- 5
Fortify the body of Christ for gospel ministry through stronger leadership, sound doctrine, and Kingdom service.
Core Values
IBC USA is grounded in five essential core values that shape our life together and guide our service to the Church.
Fellowship
We are committed to walking together in spiritual unity, mutual encouragement, and shared Kingdom purpose.
Accountability
We value righteous oversight, responsibility, and faithfulness in leadership and service.
Integrity
We are called to uphold honesty, moral soundness, and Christlike character in all we do.
Training
We believe in preparing leaders through sound ecclesiastical education, spiritual formation, and practical development.
Holiness
We pursue lives that honor God, reflect His character, and remain set apart for His service.
Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible, authoritative written Word of God.
We believe in the eternal triune God.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the creation, test, and fall of humanity as recorded in Genesis.
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ — conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.
We believe that Christ died for our sins, was buried, rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples.
We believe in the necessity of water baptism.
We believe in the table of the Lord — Communion or the Lord's Supper — for believers.
