About Us
The International Bishops' Conference, Inc. USA (IBC USA) is an interdenominational fellowship dedicated to strengthening church leadership through fellowship, training, credentialing, and spiritual support.
IBC USA was originally founded to identify, train, and credential individuals called to the episcopate. From the beginning, the fellowship sought to recognize fellow laborers whose Christian core values and beliefs were consistent with the convictions of IBC USA, without regard to denomination.
That original mission remains central. At the same time, the scope of our service has expanded. In addition to supporting those called to the bishopric, IBC USA now serves the broader upper tiers of church leadership — offering the same level of fellowship, training, credentialing, and ecclesiastical support to leaders who help shape the life, order, and direction of the Church.
We believe that when church leadership is strengthened, the Church itself is strengthened. For that reason, IBC USA is committed to supporting the chancel and leadership structure of the Church — ultimately reinforcing the whole body of Christ for healthy ministry, sound doctrine, spiritual accountability, and Kingdom service.
Who We Are
IBC USA is an interdenominational fellowship for church leadership. We exist to identify, equip, credential, and support worthy individuals in ministry leadership — including those called to the episcopate and others serving in the upper tiers of church leadership.
What began as a fellowship focused on the bishopric has grown into a broader leadership fellowship committed to strengthening the chancel and reinforcing the life of the Church as a whole.
We affirm Christian core values and beliefs consistent with Holy Scripture, the teachings of the prophets and apostles, and the faith embraced by the Church universal.
