Leadership of IBC USA
Serving the Church through order, accountability, and spiritual support.

Archbishop Allen Wiggins
The Presiding Prelate serves as the senior spiritual leader of IBC USA, offering vision, oversight, encouragement, and leadership for the fellowship as it fulfills its mission in service to the Church.
In this office, the Presiding Prelate helps guide the spiritual direction of the organization, uphold ecclesiastical order, and strengthen the fellowship of leaders entrusted with ministry responsibility.
Meet Our Executive Bishop's Council
The Executive Bishop's Council assesses the readiness of candidates seeking elevation to the bishopric, in accordance with the rules and ecclesiastical requirements of +I+B+C+, Inc. When a candidate is approved, the recommendation is forwarded to the Holy Synod so that a mandate of consecration may be issued.

Meet Our College of Bishops
The College of Bishops is comprised of all bishops who have been consecrated, whether Ordinary or Suffragan, and accepted into +I+B+C+, Inc. The College serves as a body of fellowship, mutual support, ecclesiastical presence, and shared wisdom in matters concerning the Church and the life of the organization.
The College of Bishops gathers to discuss matters affecting the fellowship, offer encouragement to one another, and strengthen the unity and witness of episcopal leadership. Members of the College are also encouraged to be present at consecrations as a visible sign of apostolic continuity, fraternal support, and shared responsibility.

Care, Mentorship, and Sisterhood
The Leading Ladies initiative is a vital part of the leadership community of IBC USA — recognizing and supporting the unique calling carried by the wives of bishops and senior church leaders.
Led by Lady Deborah Wiggins, this initiative provides care, support, mentorship, and training to bishop's wives as they walk alongside their husbands in ministry and leadership.
Building upon the foundation laid by Mother Reathie Bailey, the work extends through retreats, workshops, worship services, and special gatherings designed to address the specific needs, experiences, and spiritual growth of the ladies it serves.
